went forcefully into the workshops requiring at first consistent economic
investments of self diagnostic equipments and later showed the necessity of an
always improving professionals adaptation.
It is compulsory to be always a breast with the changements of
the world of the work and to be able in certain cases to advance the same ones.
Our group from the point of view of the partnership with our
clients has planned and organized "Frenocar Training" (only for Italy): a
complete roadmap about the systems of the vehicle (motorbikes, cars, trucks,
etc.)
- mechanics,
- pneumatics,
- electrotechnics,
- electronics,
- diesel fuel systems.
Targets
The target of our training courses is:

to supply the necessary knowhow of the pneumatic, diesel
fuel, electrical and electronical systems fitting the industrial vehicles
- to attend using the suitable methods for finding the
malfunctions,
- to use the suitable diagnosys technique in order to optimize
the repairing job
- to practically teach how to attend the malfunctions.
- to obtain at the end human resources with profiles suitable
the diagnostic and repairing operations on the industrial vehicles.
In order to obtain an integrated knowledge is strictly necessary
to follow all the steps of the training roadmap. |
Structure of the
training roadmap
The structure of the training roadmap is modular in
order to allow reasonable learning times without damaging
the workshops activity
Our school rooms
Our group has prepared
in the several seats 11 training schoolrooms perfectly
and updated equipped. Two rooms at Milano, three at
Padova and Torino, two at Parma and one at Lavagna (Ge).
Educational Helps
The practical training is made with the help of suitable
panels designed for the simulation of the pneumatic
and electrical circuits.
Test methods
The roadmap is continuously controlled in order to grant
to the workshop the return of the investment and any
training step is controlled verifying the suitability
with acquired knowledges.
At the end of each module an evaluation shall be performed
about the achievement of the foreseen targets.
